receiver has not confirmed

Hi All,

Sorry for the noobie question, but im not sure what to do. I delivered a game with confirmation and tracking and usps tells me it was received 2 weeks ago. The receiver has not left feedback or confirm the game was received. What should I do now?

This is from the FAQ found on the bottom of the page under help and support:

• The Seller is protected in two ways. First, they can see the Buyer's transaction history before accepting the trade, so they can avoid "bad" users beforehand. Second, the Goozex system automatically closes a trade and reports positive feedback for the Seller if the Buyer does not provide feedback within 21 days.

At this point, you should probably just wait it out.  If it's been two weeks then the trade should close with automatic positive feedback within the next couple days.

You could check with the buyer to verify that everything was acceptable, but I personally find requests for feedback to be exceedingly annoying and downright rude. 

Some buyers are not good about leaving feedback, while others will always give prompt feedback.  It's just the nature of dealing with a variety of people.

You could send them a polite message saying you noticed the transaction was still open with pending feedback and if they found everything okay or if there's anything else you can do. Either way, you will automatically get a positive feedback when the transaction closes.

thanks for all the replies. Ill just patiently wait it now. Should get my first points in a couple of days :)
