My nephews just go their first DS' and I wanted to get them a few games. They are 5 and 6 years old so I need something relatively simple but fun for that age.
Any suggestions?
My daughter started playing her (my) DS when she was almost 2 years old. She's almost 4 now and she loves the Nintendogs game. What you need to look for are games that primarly use the stylus for most/all controls (if this is their first "game console"). Just be prepared (or have their parents to be prepared) to help them out at first with any game.

Mario Kart is a must. Probably my 5 year old's favorite game.
