Goozex did not respond when I sent them a message through the help system, so I will try this.

is supposedly sending me Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (Prestige Edition).  The problem is this user no longer exists and he had some suspicious trading activity the last time I was able to look.  Is there any way I'm getting this game?  No.  Can I have my points back please?  My account has been crippled for a week because of this.

Yeah, you  can leave any negative but the piracy one of course.  I left negative feedback the day this thread was posted, and still had 3 days left before I could pick the non receiving one.  Since the account is dead, there is no reason not to.

Awww crap.  He was suppose to be sending me steel battalion, and even answered my messages when I asked him about it.  Oh well, time for a negative.

Yep, he accepted the trade.  I sent him a message stating about the controller and it was full package, and he actually sent one back to me saying he was sending the controller with it, not to worry.  Then he sent me a confirmation of shipping after that, but with no DC.  I really had hopes since he actually did reply back to my message, unlike 99% of the scammers here, but oh well. Also at the time he accepted and sent the confirm shipping, his feedback was flawless, sent out games and got positives, got games, etc.  So I wonder if maybe his account got hijacked or if he was just really setting up to scam for a while.   Weird I guess.  I'll just keep it in my queue and hope and dream.

Which reason should I choose when I leave negative feedback?  I can't choose "I have not received the product" because not enough time has passed.

What will happen if I choose "I received a broken disc"?

Once again Goozex support disappoints.  No response to emails, no response on forum.

Only if the other account is disabled (or with express written consent from the G-team)

I would wait and report as not received honestly once available.  

You will still be able to get a refund and back in first position and not really lose any ground.

There is no reason to wait on that if the user is disabled.  There is no way they can use their account, and accounts only get disabled in mid trade like that if they are flagged and deleted by goozex for suspicious activity.  I just got my refund this morning for steel battalion from the seller in question in this thread, and I left negative for unplayable disc, with the comment that the user was disabled.  So it's viable feedback for the situation.

I agree. If what you are thinking of doing seems a little shady, others may take it that way as well. Just wait the normal time frame and leave neg, game not received. The last time that happened to me and the neg was verified, I had the points and credit returned in about an hour.
