Boy ... with the discounts they've been offering on the Droid no WONDER it sold more at 74 days than the iPhone!
acsguitar: My buddies friend has one and was all showing it off and thought he was super cool. The phone is cool I showed him my Nokia N95 (which is still a very high end phone) and he laughed like a D-BAG.

LOLZ I have the free phone that came with my plan, and have never had otherwise. I think if that guy had seen my phone he would have thought I was carrying around a rock and holding it up to my ear like a caveman!

Just updated to version 2.2 on my N1 today and highlights that I see include:
I had to manually update mine as the 2.2 wasn't pushed though yet, but it was very easy. And it's nice to know the shortcuts to boot into its safe mode if I ever want/need to.

Envious most about the Flash update (though the apps improvements sound great too), but I'm hopeful the Droid will see this soon too.

I was going to get a Nexus One, but then caught wind of the HTC Incredible and pre-ordered it. Best phone I've ever owned and blows away the competition.
Ive got the HTC Evo and I love this thing, Had it since launch day. They actually just launched 4g Service here in St. Louis yesterday as well, so good times ahead.
A droid eris with the swype keyboard app is pure sex. Fact.
Swype is an amazing tech, glad I get to beta it, but I revived this thread to detail the 2.2 Android updates than to call out everyone's individual phones.
I'm sorry, let's just talk about what YOU want to talk about.
I'm sorry you feel butthurt, but from your post, it seems you didn't even read anything but the subject header.
whatever man.
Considering I have posted in this thread 3 times now, and read it whenever there is a reply, and the conversation has been about anything from the nexus one, to the droids, to apps, then yes, that's what the thread is about, a conversation about phones. If you want to be Mr Thread Police, go right ahead, but you seriously seem to have a control issue in threads it seems like.
OK, guys, chill out before this goes any further!
As for Froyo, I am hoping it comes this month to Droid as some are speculating. I enjoyed the WiFi hotspot on Palm Pre Plus (but not so much the rest of the phone), and like PDANet as well and would love it all integrated (even for a few more $, which I assume VZW will do).
