I just confirmed through a pm with one of the victims of the "i'm on vacation" scammer.  He DC AvP (PS3) at almost midnight one night.  I knew something was up so i PM'd him. no reply.  3 days later he put up DC numbers, which had a shipment leaving Wisconsin and eventualy ended up at his home state of South Carolina...I live in Pennsylvannia. 

All told he ignored the 4 PM's i sent.  I just entered in my Negative today.  So now I have to wait 72 hours to get my points back. I had such a great spot for AvP, I guess  i'm waiting longer than expected.  Goozex take care of this guy before he strikes again.

i've learned this is his 3rd Neg this week.

Yep same guy as was trying to scam me with Demon's Souls.

the Delivery Confirmation I was given by the user is "9101 1480 0860 0591 7184 18."

No. they're looking into it because the guy apparently made a couple legit trades before all this.

Of course he did. That's how he got the feedback to net points without having to wait for feedback.
