I don't have a credit card/paypal. How do I pay to ship the games? Do I have to play shipping to recieve gt\ames?

You go to your local post office and pay with cash after packing and addressing the shipment at home.

If you don't have a CC/paypal, you will not be able to buy the tokens to receive items. Those are essential

What zodiac said is true, however, to recieve games, you will need tokens, which you can buy with Goozex Gift cards I think...
