I got Borderlands for the 360 from another Goozex user. The disc became loose during shipment and was scuffed up. I cleaned the disc multiple times, but it had no effect. I got loading issues, and game would not install.
I wound up leaving a negative and the user accepted. Then I read something to try, and did:

As you can see, it works now and I have sent a couple of emails to feedback@goozex.com to try to reverse this. It's now nearly a month and I have not had a response to either email.
Can someone please help me out here? I really don't want to steal this guy's 1000 points as I have been enjoying the hell out of Borderlands in the meantime!
