Received Borderlands from a new  user, played it for a little bit and than continued to get the unplayable disc message. Gave him negative feedback and we discussed sending the game back and me getting the points back. He is new so i dont want him to get a negative so wondering what I should do

If you want to spare him/her the negative, that's up to you.  Just make sure that if you do want to work out a cancellation, make sure you don't manually cancel.  Escalate it to goozex within the dispute resolution and let them handle the details.

If you don't initiate the cancel, then yes.

Like iKarma said, don't initiate the cancel or you will lose your spot in line.

Also, not 100% sure for cancellations, but normally when disputes are resolved (i.e. negative given) goozex will add the game back into the queue for you.  Don't manually add the game back into your queue or you will lose your spot in line.
