I requested a game that failed to come after 21 days. I messaged the sender upon leaving feedback, and about a month after having the request go through, I finally recieved the game - after subsequent point drops :( no less. I left a kind negative feedback (figured I would get the points back and re-request it as it dropped in points in the month I waited for the game).
The sender is now asking me to contact Goozex to get his points. Now I am not sure the process to go through in order to send the late seller his over-valued points. Still, I figured he did send me the game so I am obliged to send the credit onto his account.
Can I be directed to the right place to make this happen?
Thanks for any and all help!
BuryMe:But the game arrived outside of the goozex system. The negative was left and the game was received afterwards. This isn't goozex's responsibility any more, is it?
The buyer can't keep his points and the game, the scale of douchebagness would be off the charts. He should email feedback@goozex.com and have the points deducted as he now has the game. I've received games after the trade has closed and I've never had an issue emailing Goozex to make things right.

I used feedback@goozex.com when this happened to me. Goozex had me send the game to them cause I no longer wanted it nor had the points for it. everything should be fine

start by emailing feedback@goozex.com. include any and all pm's between you on the seller, game name, dates of when trade was accepted, feedback left, etc. please note this may take a while.
Did he ship it after the feedback period closed, or was there just a mail delay?
Thanks for the help!
He shipped it after the period closed.
I would return it to the sender and leave him the negative. This type of stupidity should not be allowed to happen as frequently as as it does. I have had this happen to me 2x already and that is what I am going to do next time this happens.

Yeah, it's a pretty easy scam.
Don't send the game and hope the user forgets about it, so it auto-closes with positive feedback. If they leave a negative, ship it out during the dispute resolution and get the feedback reversed. I guess it didn't work ou that way this time.

and only if they pay you for the shipping in advance, it's not your responsibility to pay for getting it back to them.
