My game is with Goozex - Need help please

So about a month ago I sent out 3 games to 3 different people, I received 2 positive feedbacks and 1 negative from a seller claiming he never received the game. After a few weeks the feedback turned into neutral and I received a message saying the buyer didn't give the right address so the game is at Goozex. 

I have emailed Goozex 3 or 4 times and haven't received any response back. I don't know what to do I lost NBA 2k10 and didn't get any points for it. 

Please help me out. Thanks in advance.

Guess I'm a little confused here so I'm going to ask the obvious questions.  

Why didn't you dispute the negative feedback when it was given in the first place before the problem even got this far?

Also, if it's a neutral feedback you do get credit for the trade and you should have points.  Check your point history under 'My Account'.

I did dispute the negative feedback but it didn't work into my favor. I checked my account history I didn't get the points.

It was switched to neutral which means you should have received them...

No i'm not matched to anything. It looks like Goozex screwed me over. I was really finding this site awesome but I don't know if I'll be trading anymore after this. I lost a awesome game. It sucks how Goozex doesn't have a customer service line and they don't respond to any emails. I doubt this sites going to last long.

This site has been here for over 3 years and has only gotten more users, stronger, and better.  I have which have been here for over 2 and NEVER had an issue.  YOU should have used delivery confirmation and followed the rules and read FAQ before you started to trade. 

This is not the website's fault.

I didn't say it's the websites fault. The buyer had the wrong address, and now that the game is with Goozex why can't they just send it back to me. ITS MY GAME, NOT THEIRS. They can take a few points away from me for shipping and send my game back.

This is the exact reason why you should use DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.  If you had used that in the first place you would have won the dispute hands down.  Now you are at the mercy of goozex's time and when they get to your case.  Like Cheez said I checked your profile you received NEUTRAL for insufficient funds for shipping.  Because you received neutral you should have gotten your points.

How long has it been since the feedback was reversed from negative to neutral?

 

EDIT - Also how did it get sent to goozex.  Did you put there address as the return address.  If you did once again that was your fault, you should have put your OWN address as the return address and not theirs.

usually they offer to ship it back for tokens. if you just got the message about change to neutral, it takes 48-72 hours to get your points back.

also once you agreed to trade, you release ownership rights (much like when you trade something into gamestop.

If you accept the trade, Goozex will provide you the recipient's address and the possibility to print a shipping label. Just glue the shipping label on the envelope, or manually write the address on it. You can use our own corporate address to protect your personal address if you don't wish to reveal it to the recipient. 

Which in these cases makes me more comfortable having delivery confirmation and using my own address for return address.

HMM well ok so i guess were both right.  And yes I usually always you my personal address as the return as well just because of situations like being discussed.
