Fallout 3 vs Fallout 3 GOTY edition

Alrighty, looks like that my plan is good to go. I will request GOTY edition install the dlc, than I'll go and buy Fallout 3 brand new for $30 keep that for myself and send off the GOTY edition back to someone else.  So I basically get my 1000 points back assuming the points don't drop, and than I basically get Fallout 3 and all it's content for $30.  :)

 

 

You could trade for the OG Fallout 3 pretty easily on here

I thought about that but currently sit in 58 in that que.  But I guess in due time I could get matched with that. 

But it does seem to be a game that still is always trading with 13 going on right now.

There are at least 10 copies of the original Fallout 3 available.  I was 15th in line and set it to active and was matched up within 30 minutes.  Im going to rent the GOTY copy and save some points that way.

yea i figured he was looking at it wrong. YOu can be 58th in line but really 1st in line if everyone has it on hold

The system is a little confusing.  If I'm really first in line because of all the holds it should say that if i request this now I will be first in line or that I will be matched very shortly.  

I was wondering why I got a email notification of games I missed out on when I was showing up in a similar position as the original Fallout 3.

I'm surprised this thread hasn't been shut down.....I've seen people talking about what the OP suggested threatened with a ban for promoting piracy for this very thing.

Where?  And this is in no way promoting piracy that i can see

Yea dude this isn't piracy. You pay for one game and install it then you pay for another game and install the add ons. Perfectly legal.

Bethesda has been putting DLC on disc since Morrowind, it's good.  I vastly prefer disc over DLC only
