Yes, i know i am new to the site and haven't made any trades yet, but this question came up in my mind because people can just request a game, get the game, and than just put negative feedback because they don't want to give up any of the points.

Than the seller is screwed because now they can't get their game back, and they didn't get any points for it.

now what u do is this. you make sure that u put a tracker from the post office, they will track it. and say the guy says, o i never got it. well if you have a paper saying that u did, the guy will get baned or somthing. now if the games cracked, u can always take a pix of a game, but people are not douche bags like that. u wiill rarely run into that sort of thing. i was new, and i had many questions, the wepsite is great and it works. also, i give u a warning, check your games that u get from other players, make sure they work before putting positive feedback.

Use delivery confirmation. Problem solved

That kind of situation is exactly why it's heavily recommended in the FAQ to use Delivery Confirmation (DC) on any items you send out.  DC will give you proof of shipping if there ever was a dispute.  Additionally (not required but recommended) you can take a couple digital photos of the item before shipping to confirm the item's condition.

Also, welcome to Goozex!

I use delivery confirmation, but I also always keep my post office receipts for everything I ship until it is received.  Goozex will back you if you can provide proof of mailing.

Goozex labels have the delivery confirmation on them already.  You're solid.

I believe the goozex labels use delivery confirmation on them, so check your emails of your shipping confirmation and the tracking numbers should be included in those emails...You could also think about using paypal shipping and that automatically include DC as well, and the shipping is the cheapest method.

Exactly, so if the buyer leaves negative feedback dispute the feedback and provide that information in the Dispute Resolution Centre.

Indeed DC is key, I'm finding out the hard way with one of my trades right now.

This shouldn't be an issue if your in the U.S.  here in canada delivery confirmation is too expensive to use so when I send out games just by tossing them in the mailbox there really is no way for me to prove to goozex it's been shipped.

I never had any issues so far doing this.  But if one day someone decides to screw me, there isn't much I can do really.

Well if you keep the receipt and take a picture of the package you should be fine.
