I recently got a Pulp Fiction collector's edition and when i opened it one of the discs was loose and i just figured it fell out during shipping and closed up the case and left positive feedback. That was about 4 days ago and now I realize that the peg that holds the disc is completely broken and won't hold the disc. I checked some negative feedback the guy got and someone else had the problem of a guitar hero game with a busted case and scratched up, unplayable game. It's bullshit that the guy would send me a movie as full package when the case is busted and won't hold the disc. I know it's also my fault tho for not thoroughly inspecting the movie before leaving feedback. It was only 100 points so I'm not out too much but should I contact goozex and try to get them to reverse the feedback and make it negative or neutral? Or am I just wasting my time since I already gave him positive?

You can't leave a negative for a case that is broken.  And you should really check your stuff more carefully instead of just opening the case up and closing it when you get something.   But you can send an email to feedback@goozex.com and tell them the situation and possibly get the feedback changes to a neutral at the very most.

You can't leave a negative for a case that is broken.  And you should really check your stuff more carefully instead of just opening the case up and closing it when you get something.   But you can send an email to feedback@goozex.com and tell them the situation and possibly get the feedback changes to a neutral at the very most.

I would say suck it up and check over your items more carefully before leaving feedback.

Yea i think i'll just take the loss and try to get a new one. I'll just relist this one as disc and manual only. Thanks for the replies.

I was scrolling through my feedback and just decided to click on the profile for the  guy who sent me this and Its been disabled. Sounds about right.

You can get another case easily; you don't need to get a whole new DVD.

the PF collector's edition has the clear plastic glued to cardboard so a new case wouldn't work.

But Outlaw91, I might have an extra at home. Long ago I loaned disc 1 out to a friend and never got it back, so I bought it again, can't remember if I still have it, or got rid of it, but send me a PM and if I still have it I'll send it to you.

 

EDIT: Just noticed this thread is like a month old, so if you've already replaced it nevermind.
