It is hard to plagiarize your own work. However if you are paid to write the review for that other site then no you cant re-use it other places as it is now the property of that company. However if it was just posted somewhere random like the reviews section on gamefaqs than I dont see why you wouldnt be allowed to use the same review twice.

One site posts a copy of another site's review a few months later after it was origionally posted.

You can not plagiarize your own work. It is not possible. In this case if the review was the property of the site it was on then posting it on another site would be copyright infringement. If the review is not sold to the first site and is not property of the first site then posting it anywhere else is neither plagiarism or copyright infringement.
