I'm not sure what to do about my current problem.  I left negative feedback on a trade that I hadn't received which was a about to close.  Right after the dipute window closed, the other user contacted me saying he didn't get a chance to dispute it, but he had sent the game. The game in question had been delayed in the mail, but it arrived in good working order. 

Here's the big problem:  We need the to get the feedback reversed and he needs to get 600 points added to his account (I need 600 removed from my account).  I"ve emailed Goozex at the feedback@goozex.com twice now with complete information.  They've had 10 business days from the first email, and at least 5 business days from the second email.  I know the other user has emailed them as well.  What else can we do at this point?  Do we start emailing them every single day?  I'm at a loss as to what to do.  I've never had any problem with getting a response from them before.
