I recently had two movies from the same seller accepted as a trade. The seller agreed to ship both within 3 days. A week after the 3 days were up I wrote the seller and asked if they had even shipped out the movies. The seller wrote back and said they still had not been shipped because he was "really busy". I cancelled the trade for fear of what I might be getting (if I ever got them at all). I got my points back, but never got my trade tokens reimbursed, nor did I get to at least leave a neutral feedaback so future traders could beware of this seller!
There was a free movie trade promo that ran until 2/7 I believe. If that's when you were matched for the movie trades it cost you 0 tokens so when your trades were canceled you didn't get any tokens back because you didn't spend any tokens

If you didn't receive the movies why would you leave neutral? That would be inappropriate feedback. Also, canceling doesn't do anything to help future buyers.
I suspect bosoxfan25 might be right, but check your account history here:

What you should have done was continue with the trade. Definitely NOT cancel. And then if you didn't receive the movies, then you leave a negative (not neutral) with a comment if you wish. Cancelling does nothing but allow the seller to keep his movies or trade them with someone else. And it puts you back to the end of the line since you initiated the cancel.
Both trades were charged trade tokens. I had 4 tokens available, and all four were used toward movie trades. I received 2 of the movies, and the other 2 from that seller were charged as well, but were never credited back when the seller agreed to cancel the trade. All were for HD DVD's. I dont know if those fall in the promotional criteria or not.
The feedback system should be a representation of the overall experience. I agree that as of now it only represents the traded product itself, and the comment box allows for good or bad related experiences in the way of time frame or honesty during the trade. But if the trade had to be cancelled due to the lack of commitment by the seller, shouldn't others be warned in a physical form (feedback) as opposed to assumption (a trade cancellation)? There have been times where I commited to ship, and didnt get paid until further in the week. I took back bottles or change and made sure I followed through with my promise to ship! Point blank, Goozex added that feature so there were no abusive time frames with the shipping of a product. If they don't confirm afeter the one day or 3 day promise, their commitment to the trade is obviously lacking!
pandmtucker - can you take a screen shot of your trade token history please? I will flag this internally. You can PM me the link or post here.
