I'm considering photoing the games (to show everything is there) and using DC when I ship them (to show they got them) and sending them dispite my suspicion. To add to my confusion they both have really good user ratings. One is 380 the other above 700. If I ship them in the way I mentioned above is there any possible way that I could be screwed.

I had CS look into things and they said to proceed with the trades. Ship the games using DC and you should be fine.
