I shipped out a game to someone but they reported negative feedback because they never received it. I am about 19 hours away before the deadline hits and the game is apparently lost in the mail. What should I do?
Dispute... it may be delayed, and the dispute process will give it more time to reach its destination and allow the buyer to change their score.

Dispute the trade if you used delivery confirmation.
Thing is, I already disputed it so the deadline could be delayed. There's nothing else I can do.

Did you purchase delivery confirmation?
No, I didn't.
Sadly you may be screwed. Do you at least have a receipt from when you mailed it out?As a word of advice, ALWAYS use Delivery Confirmation in the future. It saves you when stuff like this happens.

No, I don't have the receipt. I mailed this thing about three weeks ago and probably threw away the receipt. Whatever, it's just 100 points down the crapper.
