I know that if you request an arcade game then will send you a microsoft points card code so you can get the game but what are some arcade titles that I can request (I have 1150 goozex points) To get about 4000 MS points?
When you request an arcade title they have to give you MS points right? Just checking
I believe you get a code for the game itself. But I could be wrong, I've never purchased an xbla game myself
Well I asked about getting arcade titles on the fourms before (I havn't ever gotten on myself but was thinking about it). Someone said they either give you a points card code or a code for the game but I don't know how that one works. Where would you get the code and if you did have it then how do you trade it wouldn't they just keep the game on their system and then give the code to other people? I don't know lol
But anyway I just really need some points and I don't have the cash at the moment to go and get some (don't know when I will bills are kinda tight at the moment). So I was hoping to get some on here somehow.
LOL yeah I've often wondered this myself. I just read on the forum somewhere something about sending the code for the game. So really I'm no help at all. But I'm curious myself about how it all works. For any XBLA, PSN or Wiiware games I usually just buy them myself straight on my consoles.
I had a friend who said that he got a psn code for a game from someone but i don't really talk to him anymore or i'd ask how that works lol.

You won't neccesarily get MS points. Most people here trade promotional codes, or codes bundled with consoles/games specifically for the arcade title. You can also buy codes for arcade titles from Amazon now, so alot of people offering XBLA games that have a high value on Goozex are just looking for a good flip. You could end up paying 900 points for a $10 game.
The majority of XBLA/PSN/WiiWare trades on here use codes specific for the game traded.
Trading Point Cards is not officially supported when offering these games, nor should you ever expect to receive raw points when requesting them.

lol, Guys you can buy codes for specific games at stores as well. At BJ's Wholesale Club they sell a bunch of PSN games. You get a card just like the points cards and you use the code. It's pretty simple. So if someone gets this as a gift and doesn't want it they could trade it over Goozex.

That's how people trade Arcade titles.On a side note, if the goozex points for some of those games dropped, I'd probably get a ton of them from here, but I have no interest in paying 400 Goozex points ($20) for a 400 MS point game ($5). Honestly, I'd LOVE to take advantage of all the games that are available from different sellers, but it's just not worth the points at their current prices...

You get the actual code for the game itself. Not a code for Microsoft points. Say you request Mk3 Ultimate edition. Then the trader would send you a code to redeem the XBLA game. Go to your your dashboard or xbox.com. Log into the gamertag you want to use the code with. Click redeem code under marketplace options. Enter the code. Download the game. Enjoy. =)
Thanks everyone for letting me know I appricate yall's help. But now this brings up another question. Why can't we trade microsoft points on here? If we can trade arcade games why can't we trade points cards as well I'm sure there are alot of people who would like that.
