I got matched up for a trade with a person who supposedly sent the game but with the deadline for feedback coming to a close I tried to contact him to see what was going on. I hadn't received the game yet. But the guys profile has been canceled or something. What happens now?
Leave a negative and say in the reason the user's account is gone.

If their account no longer exists, they probably got banned; just leave negative feedback and you'll get your points and trade credit back.
PS - don't re-add the game to your Request list yourself, or you'll be last in line.
