Although it's a little uncommon, i've had a few games sent and received that have been stuck in "acceptance" that still showed up and update on the tracking website days later. Sometimes the tracking info is severely behind.
It's possible something may have happened at the post office, but I would still give it the benefit of the doubt and allow a few more days.

Tracking can be lame sometimes. It should always show "Delivered" once it's reached its destination, but anything above and beyond that is hit and miss. Sometimes my packages update every day; sometimes they never do.
