yeah, I am with you, I think I might have played 3 rounds in 2 hours, but thats ok, it was fun anyway.  It was nice meeting other goozers :)  if they do another MW2 night I am there!  I think that the multiplayer would work out a little easier for something like that, and might be a little smoother.  Thanks mhatter for organizing!  The network could have been more cooperative, but you did a great job of making sure everyone got placed and had a good time.nn

Definitely had fun playing with a full group tonight.  The last time owned LBP I had a restricted NAT type on my network (which the game never specifically tells you.  Grrr.) and really never got to try out the full online multiplayer experience.

I'm down for hosting it again next month if there's enough interest.  It'll give me reason to hang on to my copy...and to continue to complain about MW2 as well.

Very nice turnout tonight.  We had 4 full groups of 4.  Plus Akronon joined in late, and I think he and Meade87 and another are still playing.

Easily the most cumbersome part of it all was organizing the 16 of us into groups of 4 and getting everyone to connect.  Much much more difficult than it ought to have been,  And for the llife of me a 4th person could never connect to my party.   Also with 16 people on your friends list all playing at the same time, the LBP updates that pop up in the top of the screen telling you what your friends are doing seemed like it was nonstop.

But everyone seemd to be patient and a good sport about divvying up and finding groups etc, and ocne that got going, it was a lot of fun.   Here's some pictures:

Next week is Bomberman Ultra, available on the PSN store.  I honestly know nothign about the game, but back on Page 4, people were voicing support for the game , and a lto fo ppl seem to have it based on the PS3 Online Game List thread so there u go.   Sterlingdax is the organizer for Bomberman Ultra next week.  Reply here if you'd like to join in, and make sure you add sterlingdax to your friends list.

It was a lot of fun, thanks to Hatter for setting this up. And I could swear I was with you when you took that spaceman ride picture.

I also progressed in my collecting during story mode and that's always a plus.

Wow, good turnout, sorry I couldn't make it, my wife was sick and I had both mommy and daddy duty tonight, so no gaming time for me :( I even had a co-worker interested in joining in the game nights with us (he's a member here too), maybe next week!

Yes, Bomberman Ultra next week, 8:30PM EST seems to work well, I'll post more info later in the week when the time gets closer.

What timezone is the goozex site in?  I posted after I got offline at quarter after 11 and goozex says 10:13...  Just curious, I think that would be something useful to know.

I guess the site runs on Central time then.  Makes sense considering new releases are made available for requesting at midnight central time.  Although Goozex themselves are based out of Maryland, so while the site seems to be on Central time, the people behind Goozex are on eastern.

Great night of LBP.  Had fun with a couple of Goozexers and progressed through the story nicely.  Still missing a few levels to finish my game, but got about 3 trophies tonight, not to bad.  The user created Little Dead Space level was out of this world!, beyond awesome, I would have paid for that if it where DLC.

Sign me up for Bomberman next week.  Bought it weeks ago and haven't played it yet, good chance to dust it off and blow up some fellow trader in the process.

We certainly were. This was a pretty cool night, and it was the first time I ever did a MP Night and the first time I ever even played multiplayer on LBP. Mhatter did a fantastic job, and thank you for turning me on to the MP Night and informing me about it. Also, Akronon that Big Lebowksi level is pretty freakin' cool but that one part truly is hard. I look forward to playing with many of you guys in the future. Especially since most of you are now on my friends list. Great gaming tonight all.

Gah, another one I missed.  I wanted to at least get the 4 player on friends list trophy.  =(

I do intend on making a solid effort for Bomberman, one of my all time favorites, so mark me down for that one as a definite.

Very likely I will not be able to make it next week for Bomberman, although I may show up late and play a few.  I'll be in for the next 3 weeks after that.  Uncharted 2 should be awesome, since I missed it last time due to my YLOD issues and I still blame UNO for being the straw that broke the 60 GB's back.
