On the 12th of January user XXX agreed to send me The Sabateur for 360 and confirmed shipped that same day for 1000 points! Its been 11 days and I still haven't received the game. I was giving it a few extra days from earlier this week when I was starting to wonder about the truth of his shipped date and figured if I didn't get it by today I'd try and PM him. Now his account is disabled.
What are my options here? I tried finding a link for moderators or help desk to report the problem and the only thing I've come across in the forums to leave negative feedback. I've read about other users from Ontario doing this nad that is where he is from, so I don't know if that's related. I'm highly doubtful this game was ever actually sent to me in the first place. How do I get my points back? Am I just screwed and have to eat the 1000 points I spent on it from sending my Batman Arkham out a month of so ago?

Leave negative feedback now. Since the account is disabled, there will be no one to dispute it, and you should receive your points back soon after that.
You do realize that you get your points back when you leave a negative?
Leave negative feedback. When the feedback is final you'll be refunded your token+points and you'll be put back in the queue. It will be in your on-hold section, and you'll be in the same position in line as before.
Thanks for the feedback guys. I honestly have to plead ignorance seeing as how I've never had to leave negative feedback nor have I received any, I was really unfamiliar with how it all worked. Should I leave negative feedback now or wait until the trade is to expire since the account is clearly not a functioning one anymore?
Same user did the same thing to me... thanks for the suggestion, leaving negative feedback now. It all works out, since the game is cheaper now than when he had confirmed it shipped. Thanks.
One more thing: don't manually re-add the game to your Request list, or you'll be at the back of the line. It'll automatically be re-added to your Request list (in the On Hold section) in the same position you were at when you got matched.
Thanks for all your help everyone. Now I have a different scenario, the exact opposite actually. I sent a game to a user and it shows as delivered 7 days ago, but now its saying their account is disabled, inactive. Since they won't apparently be leaving feedback, how does this impact my side of the trade? Does the system automatically generate positive feedback, neutral, or negative once the time has expired?

ZitterZap: DeputySchrute:Does the system automatically generate positive feedback, neutral, or negative once the time has expired?Correct it gives a positive +10

ZZ is right. The trade will close (at 14 days domestic and 21 days international) and the system will award you +10.
