Just curious: will I get an email alert when one of my offers on hold changes in value?

Nope but you do get for the ones that you are requesting.

Would be a great addition though.

I get emails for both, saying which of my offers are requested now and which of my requests are available now.

Yup you get that email but they never tell you that the game you are offering has dropped in price. Which is an important information.

Why doesn't Goozex send out an email for this?  This means I constantly have to check my offers list to make sure I still want to trade certain games.  Also, I think there should be a way to see a game's recent points history (not necessarily in an email).  It would be nice to know if a game is rising or dropping in points at a quick rate.

It's called mananging your offers.  Hate to sound like a mod, but Goozex can't do everything for you.Pizza

Understood, and I do manage my own orders.  It would be nice to get an email though because I don't always remember what the price of a game was.  It's hard to keep track with nearly 100 offers.

i think a spread sheet would work.

Or they could include a small icon next to the game request/offer on-hold request/offer that show how much the game dropped/went up in value

Games only change a max of 50 points per week. if there are a ton of offers ahead of you, just move it to on hold and check back in a month or whatever when you get close to the front of the queue and see if you still want to unload it. Basically I keep everything on hold unless I am near the front of the line.
