I had my Goozex account with the username JoeyCole4 hijacked at approximately the same time as the post below. Right around January 12th. I sent multiple emails to help@goozex.com with no response at all. I had to create another user account simply to post this. Hopefully someone is there listening. I had over a 1000 points and still had 12 trade credits. How can I get them back? Cmon Goozex, don't let me down. All other users be wary. I hope your accounts don't get hijacked too.

Actually this movement is probably Goozex at work.

I wondered what was going on considering I was supposed to receive DJ Hero from rzabld. My guess is that someone used these accounts to cash in on high valued games, confirm shipment, and request a lot of stuff with the instapoints. When I was matched yesterday the account confirmed shipment almost immediately. I was surprised and a little skeptical but the feedback looked good. And since the location said it's from Ontario, Canada, I wasn't expecting a DC # nor did I get one. All I got in the note was "Shipped now. Should be picked up around 5pm"

I hope whoever is doing this gets caught and this issue gets resolved for you guys.

What a shame. I sent JoeyCole4 a copy of Mirror's Edge PS3 a week or so ago (and got positive feedback). I did think it was odd because the entire history of received items up until that point was Xbox 360--and there was even an Xbox 360 Mirror's Edge in there!--but I didn't want to rock the boat. You want it, I got it ;)

If you want me to do a little research I can try to figure out where I sent it.

EDIT: I just looked; it was sent to Canada.

something like this should be easy for goozex to check on. If the account has been stolen then there will be a different IP on file every time the thieff logged into the stolen account. Any admin worth his salt can track an IP. If they aren't logging IP's then shame on them.

I have spent most of my money on women and beer. The rest I just wasted....

I was matched up with your hijacked account as well (supposedly for DJ Hero) a couple days ago. Luckily I'll get my points back but Goozex will lose out on whatever the scammer was able to get shipped to him before getting caught.

Hopefully Goozex is working on a way to actually prevent this rampant fraud since the "confirm shipped" button that will instantly give established traders their points has caused at least two users accounts to be hijacked.

I was to receive Band Hero from the same scammer. Phooey.

I was matched Jan 12, trade accepted and confirmed shipped a few minutes later. Even sent a message "send (sic) out a few minutes ago using canada post". 

I left negative feedback for item not received a few minutes ago.
