hi i had my account stolen from me on the 12th of january , i contacted goozex through help@goozex.com but i havent recieved an email or anything as of yet. i made this new account to see if anyone here can help me with the problem since it seems goozex doesnt care . any ideas? thanks

I just posted about this too. Same thing, at about the same time. No help from Goozex whatsoever. I have sent them multiple emails and no response. My account was totally locked out. They didn't even have my email in their database, but the username was still taken because I had to create a new account and checked the name which said it was unavailable. I guess Goozex doesn't care if a few users get their accounts hijacked. Worst for me was that a dispute had just been opened and I couldn't respond. Guess thats the end of my Goozex life.

it was just there i seen it !!! some mutha had it !! he was from canada!!! then i just when back and its magically gone. someone deleted the account!! come on ive been with u guys since 07 !!

Sigh...I guess I was not meant to get DJ Hero on Xbox360. That was the account I was matched up with...Sad

I actually was matched up with your hijacked account on the 12th and even reported the suspicious activity on the account to a mod who let me know that it was being looked into. And it was definitely suspicious when the trading dashboard that was in your sig (which the hacker later removed) showed him sending out 25 high point games while the trading history never showed that type of activity previously. Suprised it took more than a week for it to get settled.

Actually considering trading that Zenverse. Just a bit wary of the shipping though...

That's awesome, however, there's a problem with that. I was like 3rd or 4th in line in the queue and the only reason I matched up was because I had my shipping region open to Canada recently. Because the people in front of me are not open to Canada as well, I was matched up. However, since you are in the US, you would end up matching with someone ahead of me in the queue. You can go ahead and send it out, but I won't get it. At least you'll make someone else happy :).

So what are they planning to do with the trades on these disabled/hijacked accounts?    I have a trade in progress with one of them, who has actually been disabled.    Have to say I'm a bit disappointed in the Goozex handling of this where they disable accounts and leave the users engaged in trades in limbo.

Are we going to have to wait until it gives us a chance to give them negative, and then wait longer on top of that to give the disabled user a chance to dispute, and finally get into the queue to get our points and spot back?    That would be pretty ridiculous.
