I've been disputing a game since Jan 1st. Goozex said if I still didn't received it by the 9th, then to send them an email again. The user now deleted their account and Goozex still hasn't replied to my email I sent the 9th. How long does it take for the Goozex team to reply to your email?

Thank you for posting!  We apologize for overlooking that while we were investigating the seller's correspondence.  We closed the dispute in your favor and provided you with a full refund.  You should also see email correspondence in your inbox shortly.  If you do not receive this correspondence, then we recommend checking your filter settings, and perhaps 'white listing' Goozex.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Aaaaaanyway, I'd suggest PMing a mod and letting them know about the issue. Then they can forward it straight to Goozex (or flag this thread to get their attention). Or you can wait for a mod to wander in here and take the initiative themselves, which usually doesn't take very long either. Sadly, this seems to be the only way to get anything done in a timely manner nowadays.
