This is in regards to my ongoing trade dispute. Much like another poster, I have sent a request to feedback@goozex.com for a final resolution to my issue, but have not received an automated response or a reply.
Can someone verify that my email was received and that a resolution is being made? I understand we had a holiday, but this trade was supposed to have been done in early December, and I still am waiting for an answer.

The email complications you described lead us to believe there may be some bottle-necking and/or filtering on your end as the complications existed for automated responses (instant reply) as well. We recommend you double-check your email filter settings, and confirm that @goozex.com is whitelisted.
Are you the buyer or seller in this dispute? Have you emailed feedback@goozex.com since, or just the one time?
I am the buyer. The seller escalated the dispute back on December 28th, and I escalated it on January 5th with all the relevant details.
A Goozex admin responded and said to give it until this week and then send an email to feedback with all the details (which I had already put in the dispute itself.)
I did so on January 11th, and even updated the dispute itself again today. I'm just looking to get this resolved so I can hopefully get my daughter this game - it was supposed to be a Christmas gift...
I just sent another email from my Gmail account, and no automated response in my Inbox or my spam folders. Is there an issue with Goozex email?
Well, someone just did something because I received 4 automated email replies in a row. Thanks!
They usually reply in 5 days. That is my experience.

Ouch. Goozex needs to hire another customer support rep. A month in dispute is ridiculous.
