User using foul language in PM.

I can definitely understand if he's using derogatory terms. Report it. But if it's your run of the mill "damn" or "shit", then it's just a word, nothing more.

What game is it? And how are "multiple sets mixed together"?

If you gave a neutral for solely slow shipping, that is considered feedback abuse.

if he is harassing you through PMs then you inform a moderator about his behavior especially if this issue arose from the items he sent you. If it wasnt what you asked for then you should have left a negative and also noted the lateness in his feedback when you left it. If he has a history of this sort of problem then Goozex will act accordingly but they cant do anything if they dont know anything about it.

Thank you all for your responses, I have escalated the issue to Goozex. The game the issue is with is a simple 200 Point Final Fantasy VIII, was sent multiple versions of the discs (some greatest hits some not), and was shipped on a much later date then what he posted to Goozex as sent by at least 4 Business days. The terms he are using are much more derogatory, terms that shouldn't be used in public in general unless you want to offend at least one or more people in a room that have family with the conditions they are talking about.

As devyanks90 stated you shouldnt leave a neutral for getting different discs since there is no seperate listing for greatest hits and as far as I know there is no difference between the two copies so it should work just fine.  Also you can not leave neutral for late shipping.  Unless the instructions are missing, the cover art is missing, or the case is the wrong case then the worst you can leave is a +5 and in the comments state the reasons you were not pleased with the trade.

As for the abusive and foul language that is unacceptable on the other users part and should be reported to goozex.  I would send a message to help@goozex.com with all the information about the messages and copies of the messages.  The use of that type of language is unacceptable no matter what the circumstances are.

Interesting... Yet another grey area in regards to goozex policy as to what constitutes a 'full package' While I personally would have no problems receiving a multidisc game from various sources as long as all the discs worked and everything else was included, I am certain that some traders here would have a problem as you are not really getting the full package but instead a bastardized version culled from more then once source. I remind myself this is a used game trading site, that way I'm ahead of the game in nearly all my trades to date. Sorry to hear you've had bad experiences as I've been here for a few weeks and so far I couldn't be happier with how things have gone.

I would not tolerate abusive language on the site either. I'd have probably just left the feedback and moved on and ignored him, if he decided to dispute it by escalating it then his drivel would be part of my response, unless of course he became threatening, that I would pass on as there are minors and laydeez on the site and that sort of behavior should be stopped immediately. I have better ways to spend my time then have some teenager reprimanded by goozex. Seriously what can / will this jerk do over a 200pt game?

Play the game and enjoy it, life is too short to get bogged down when you could be playing. I just received FFVIII myself and didn't get the manual despite requesting the full package so go figure. I dropped the trade to +5 put the game in and then found out I couldn't save the darn game. My fault for not having a ps1 memory card. Doh! Hello ebay :)

If you requested full package, then by all means, you have every right to be upset that the discs are from different sources.  If you requested disc only, I think they've fulfilled their obligation to supply a full game with original (not bootlegged) discs.

The late shipping isn't even an issue, as there's no feedback for shipping times.

The harassment is uncalled for.  If he's just using foul language, that's one thing, that although is unneeded, isn't too big a deal.  If he's using it towards you and calling you stuff, then report it to a mod or directly to goozex via email.

The sender should have sent you a PM before sending the game out, but as long as it isn't pirated and the game works, the worst you should leave is a +5.

The language is uncalled for though and is something no buyer should have to deal with.

I had a similar occurence for leaving someone a +5 feedback.  Goozex staff took care of them for a good week or two.
