I didn't log in to my old account for several months as it was a particularly busy period of time. When I attempted to log back in, I was informed that my account was disabled and that I should "contact an administrator". After spending hours looking for the right email address, I politely emailed both help@goozex.com and account@goozex.com on 12/15/2009 and 12/20/2009 respectively in an attempt to re-enable my account. As far as I know, I have not done anything egregious in the months that I didn't log in, nor did I receive any emails about pending trades. I also had over 20 trade credits and around 500 points in the account.

I have not heard anything back till today. Should I be sending my request to a more appropriate email address? It's perplexing why contact emails are not readily available. I understand not wanting to get a deluge of emails with basic questions but there are situations where such a list would be extremely helpful.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks for posting!  We understand your concern, but a quick search based on the information you provided did not return any results beyond the 'dolemite' account (and no emails either).  Please private message me the nickname of your Goozex account so that we can conduct a more thorough investigation on your behalf.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
