My brother just recently got a PSP go as a gift, and I wanna get him a game with my goozex points, and I'm wondering if its possible to get a PSPgo at Goozex(even though its download only)

Unless PSPgo games use codes that you could trade, there's no way to do it.  But then again I don't see how they would be listed.  Since they are download only, they would need a seperate listing also cause you wouldn't want people sending codes to disc only people, and disc people to Go people.  So its probably too complicated anyway.

Didn't they make the PSP Go to prevent people from trading used games?

I got Patapon 2 from here, but that's the only one I've seen on here that wasn't released under UMD
