I sent an email to dispute negative feedback from a buyer on Monday.  I was late in shipping the game so he gave negative feedback, but has been willing to reverse the feedback since he has since received the game.  I was unaware I had to dispute the negative feedback and that it would close after a couple of days.  I have now sent 2 emails and still have not gotten any sort of reply/acknowledgement that they even have received my email.  I understand it is not many people working on this, but it does not look good to have about a week of absolutely nothing. 

I just want to get this issue resolved so I can move on and make more trades.

Also, you mention not receiving any automated messages.  Please double-check your email filter settings to ensure you are receiving all correspondence from Goozex.com.  You both should have received an automated response to your original inquiry, within minutes, confirming your email was received by Goozex.  Happy Trading! Has the buyer contacted feedback?

I'm in the same situation, both myself and the buyer have contacted that email over a week ago with no reply whatsoever. We sent them complete details, including email and PM history. An automated reply would be nice!
