I recently traded Moon (Nintendo DS) with a user who had asked to cancel the trade.  I didn't want to cancel (wanted the points for a new release) and sent the game anyway.  That's when the problems started.  BTW, I shipped it the day that I accepted the trade and he had it within 4 or 5 days OVER THE THANKSGIVING WEEKEND.

First he said the game wouldn't play.  It played on two of our DS's.

Then he complained the case and manual were in poor condition.  It literally looked new when I sent it.

Now he changed his complaint to "never received game" and claimed that the game he originally complained about was the same game but requested from a different (non-Goozex) site.  Yeah right...

All of this was done within the dispute message chain.  So it was just upgraded to Goozex involvement.  I'm waiting to see what they say.  The guy is a total flake #1, but he's just trying to be a PITA.

What a joke (not funny kind) and what a waste of time.

Just needed to vent.  Thanks...

Thats a bummer man...Gooz will no doubt side with you. Isn't Moon not a new release though?

Just a quick note,you should take those user names of people you will not trde with out of your sig as it is not allowed . But on the trading note sounds like Goozex will side with you the other user is trying to pull a fast one.

I'm sorry for your misfortune, but according to your feedback, you constantly list products as full package or disc and manual and fail to fully deliver. Your constant abuse of the system is appalling. I wouldn't want to trade with you, personally, which is probably why they wanted to cancel.

Holy crapomola! 21 Negs and a ton of neutrals. There was a streak of like 5 games in a row that never showed up! I hope goozex bans you

Agreed. I read through your feedback list, Pizzaboy, and it's definitely not pretty. As someone who has over 400 trades sent with around 21 negatives and 10 neutrals,  I am slightly stunned you would vent about the way someone else treated your trade.

 

I may be relatively new at this site, but it doesn't take a veteran in the Goozex community to see that your complaint is more or less a moot point.
