I was looking through the Goozex help pages and couldn't find any information regarding Goozex Exchange orders that were never received. I placed my Goozex Exchange order on October 15th and have yet to receive the game. I even emailed help@goozex.com and have not received any response for a week now. Has anyone had this problem? What do I do? I've had over 60 successful trades with Goozex before, but this is my first time using Goozex Exchange and my first real problem receiving a game through Goozex.

HOLY CRAP YOU WAITED THIS LONG, you have more patience that i my friend.  I had this same problem but i caught it after not getting the game for a week.  I posted a forum as you just did and that's how the G TEAM got involved.  My package ended up get shipped to a completely different address in another state and signed by someone other than myself.  They fixed the issue and sent me another copy. 

You can try PM'n blackcoyote he was real helpful for me as well as cheeznrice.  They will probably see this post as well and flag it.

I've read a few of these threads.  From what I have learned, Goozex orders the game from Amazon and really has no control over shipping and shipping times.  However, if you waited that long I think you have a real complaint.  I used the exchange last week on MW2, we'll see how long it takes and if I even get it this year.

I don't think they all come from Amazon. I ordered the Bluray Up when it was still offered and it took a week or two to arrive and came with an invoice from Deep Discount sold to BUY DOT COM. This confused me a little, but I had the movie, so I wasn't worried.

Nope it was uncharted 2.  So yeah that dude got lucky but in the end I still got my game so that's all I cared about.
