So i was matched to get tekken 6 a while ago and the user confirmed it was shipped on Nov. 10th. I still have not gotten it. I checked his feedback and it was over 200 so i was comfortable with accepting the trade, but i don't think its going to happen now.

It says he still has 5 days left for it to arrive but i tried to send a pm to him to ask if it is on its way anyway. The problem was that his account no longer exists. I guess it is possible that he sent it out before he got disabled or whatever but i doubt it...

Since it is too late to cancel the trade, do i have any options left?

How does it work now that his account is gone? Can I just cancel it now and get my spot back in line? Or do i just have to wait for the countdown and then get back in the queue?

I'd really rather not have to waste my time with that last one...

thanks for any help you can give me.

More than likely, the other user's account was disabled for violating the site's terms of use.

Considering you've given the game a fairly sufficient amount of time to arrive (and the other account is disabled), i'd go ahead and leave a Negative for game not received.  Should the game show up during the 72 hour window the other user has to dispute a negative, you can always reverse the feedback.

Should the Negative stand, don't manually re-add the game to your queue.  Roughly 48 business hours after the dispute is closed, you'll have your points/token refunded and be place back in line in your original position.  The only thing you'll have to do is to take the Request off Hold and make it Active.

Wow, maybe I should start reading the forums more often now.

Anyway, thats almost my situation exactly, and its probably because of acsguitar that this guy was disabled.

acsguitar is not a jerk. I feel your pain.
