I escalated a disputed to Goozex back on 11/10/09 after extending the timeout once.  The dispute is closed awaiting Goozex review.  How long does it take for Goozex to look at the dispute?  The case close automatically by the system on 11/13/09.

Anyone????

My case is still pending Goozex review.  I sent an e-mail to feedback@goozex.com  on 11/20 and got the automated reply, but that is all.

I am still waiting on the outcome so I can get my points and token back.
