Matched with someone with negative feedback

Hello,

I have recently been matched with someone who had 100% negative score (2/2 of the people he/she was matched with NEVER received their game) and I am rather worried.

I am still at the point where the user has to confirm he/she still owns the game, but I have a feeling that if the user decides to complete the transaction, I will never receive the game.

I therefore have 2 questions for you guys:

1) Is there a way to cancel the trade so that I can be matched with somebody else?

2) If I never receive the game, can I be refunded?

1) You can intiiate a cancellation, but it's up to the seller whether to accept it. Also if YOU initiate the cancellation, you go back to the end of the line. Also, from the way yoru post sounds, it sounds as if the seller has not yet even accepted the match yet. Cancellations are only when the match has been officially accepted.

2) Yes, you leave negative feedback for "I have not received the game" and if the negative feedback is accepted, Goozex refunds you your points and token. If it is disputed, you either work it out together or escalate it to Goozex who hands down a final decision on what the feedback should be.
