Who'll be requesting the Special Edition of BioShock 2?

Buying it?  Yes.

Requesting it?  No freakin' way.  The chances of me getting everything are lower than the chances of me me getting struck by lightning while getting a lap dance from three strippers with cup sizes in the second half of the alphabet.

No, I spent my money (foolishly) on the Mass Effect 2: Collector's Edition.

Theirs nothing foolish of Mass Effect and I also have pre-ordered ME2CE as well, and no I will not buy Bioshock2 CE, not a big fan of it, but I will get regular edition.

I'll be buying BioShock 2 on launch day, but certainly not the collector's edition.
