well I had 200 points and i ordered a 150 point game and left negative feedback because i did not get the game and user wont reply of anything. It is been 3 days since i left negative feedback and the game is in completed with still negative feedback but i dont have 150 points back it still says 50

allow an additional 24-72 hours for your account to be credited the points

After the negative feedback is closed, it takes roughly 48 business hours for you to be refunded the points/token.

Also, do not manually re-add the game you left negative for back into your queue.  Once you are refunded your points/token, you should also be placed back in your original position in line - although you will need to re-activate the request from On Hold.  Re-adding the request yourself  will put you at the back of the line.

 hey its been 5 days since i left negative feedback and i reeived mail from goozex saying he did not reply within the time but i dont have my points back it is still negative but i dont have my points back why

It still takes a day or so after goozex notifies you for your points and token to be refunded.

Yeah, the 48 to 72 hours begins after goozex notifies you that the feedback was accepted or timed out and was closed.

The goozex team doesn't work the weekends either.   It would probably be easier for people to say "2 to 3 business days".

Maybe you were matched for the game again.  Double check your requests to see if anything has matched and double check your account history.  If nothing is matched and you have not received your points back I'll flag this for CS.
