he has feedback today from a guy who is a member starting TODAY! The member has a recieved game from this user as positive feedback and a sent game TO this user as a positive feedback.

Obviously that couldn't happen in 1 day

Once again, i'm suggesting Goozex offer "in home dispute resolution" in cases like these... 

Hopefully this person is shut down ASAP as it's starting to become painfully obvious they are trying to work the system.

So this guy is sending a SF:IV madcats bundle, two different Guitar Hero 5's, a Rock Band 2, two different Batman: AA, as well as 20+ other new games.....This might need to be looked in to.

I've Pm'd and twittered goozex to death. I'm sure they'll take care of it. Although I did get a "We see good trade history whats the problem" before I pointed out the Feedback from same day registers .

Hopefully goozex sends a dinosaur over to devour the cheater!

First off, don't be so impatient.  I would just assume the same rules apply kinda like Amazon.com, always figure 7-12 BUSINESS days for any item to arrive, doesn't matter whether its a 2 day drive or what, its not like the post office shares your sentiment.   Again, business days, so in your case, today is business day 6..   So I wouldn't worry about it just yet, I know your ready to play your new game..

2nd, one message is enough..  Just send the person one message and wait..  Sending them messages and multiple PM's doesn't really help, one message is enough to let them know your concerned, too many messages makes you seem annoying and they will ignore you, doesn't help get your game any faster..  Asking for a Delivery Confirmation number always helps.

Lastly, WAIT on the negative feedback..  Once you leave a negative feedback, the person sending you the game has NO reason to help you whatsoever nor reason to even talk to you at that point.   Again, does it help you get your game any sooner?  Actually in fact, if he's a slow shipper, why would he or she even bother sending the game at that point since you've already left feedback..  Sometimes it could be something simple, like lets say, a slow post office?  Media Mail?  Or heck, simply not leaving a yellow slip in a person PO box for them to pick the item up, I've had that happen..  In the end, all you want is your game, and when it arrives, you'll be a happy gamer.

lol...while a little less tactful that I was expecting...he's right.  Primarily I take issue with your third bullet.  Why leave a negative?  Why not?  He's shown no interest in getting the trade going, and officially it's either ONE or THREE days to ship, NOT  7+.  There's a slow shipper and then there's a no shipper.  At 7 days, you're likely going to have to expect the game will not be arriving for another 3-7 days for it to show up.  At this point, you've not only made the buyer wait unnecessarily long just to get off your ass and out the door, but now the game may very well not arrive until the feedback cutoff has nearly expired.  Leaving the negative gives the buyer the time they deserve to test the game, something the seller was taking from them.

Moreover, the biggest point to remember, all moral based decisions aside about leaving the negative, is that the buyer, with one mouse click, can revert a negative into a positive if it's still pending.  There is no 'risk' to leaving a good seller an unnecessary feedback, but it also shows this sketchy buyer that you're not going to take their actions lightly.  If all it does is make them go 'Oh crap I'd better send this out!' then it's done wonders.

With all this new info coming to light (missed page 2's discussion though...) it seems we have to hope acs just gets out of this sketchy trade altogether as quickly as possible, one way or the other.

I got out of it. He accepted my negative and hopefully will be banned soon by goozex due to his scamming and creating new accounts and putting up games he's not sending.

He still hasnt been banned yet.  If he actually is trading out these games (which there is no way he is) then he is a tool.  There is no way anyone would trade out Tales of Vesperia LE unless they are on drugs.

I've sent my email around hopefully he's banned soon. Maybe they are getting info on him to ban him. He's also creating accounts and sending to himself. Check out the fake feedback he's left from guys who joined yesterday

No biggie, I don't take offense..  Just check my ebay account under the same name, 3100+ rating..  Or maybe my amazon.com rating under the same name, 4.9 outta 5 stars with 900+ transactions..   Or maybe my Beckett account with over 100 trades?  I ship more out before 8am than you ship all month.   I guess your local baker can fix cars too..

Anyways, just discovered this site and will be putting up alot more games soon.  Glad you got outta that trade Acsguitar, hope you still get that game you wanted..

  I have to say, even I have been having nothing but solid experiences lately.   1 negative in like my last 40 trades or something and am currently working off a 23 trade positive streak.    Even new users are sending me stuff.

I've had a few issues lately - 3 of my last 7 trades i've had to leave a Negative.  Compare that to the previous 80 trades where I left 3 Negatives and i'm a bit of a bad streak.
