Dude has sent out 21 Games but received 71 game. He's recieved 34games/movies since OCT 31st but sent NONE. Seems weird to me.

How is that a scam?  There are a number of people here who request more than send, and some who ONLY request, presumably choosing Goozex as their video game supplier by buying points.   I mean even if you bought all your poitns, it's not a bad deal. You don't have to pay for shipping and you don't pay tax.

Anyways, I don't think it's that unreasonable given the fact he didnt respond to PMs, but I could be convinced either way.

It's only a scam cause my TIN hat tells me it is :) It's probably not a scam.

Send a PM to Blackcoyote about this user.  He has not gotten feedback for 19 days but is currently sending out about 50 games.  That is pure scammage.  He is using his points from those trades to get as many games as he can before he is caught.

It is most likely a scam.  User lists high in demand games and accepts the trade.  User gets points for all the games they are "trading".  User requests lots of games and gets matched up and recieves lots of games.  User doesnt actually send out games as promised and ends up getting banned.

Thanks dude I just sent him a PM. You can see who it is on his dashboard. I shared the info with killmak as to not make it public

Yes.  There are rules about not posting user names on the forums but PM'ing user names is acceptable.  From the other users profile I would bet lots and lots of money on him being a scammer.  There is always a chance of being wrong but I hightly doubt it.

But if he hasn't confirmed shipment, doesn't he not get those points yet? Or did the trade start before this update to the system. I can't remember the date so maybe that is possible.

On the topic of Acsguitar being a jerk: He's a (BEEP) of epic proportions.  You know what I'm talking about, when you (BEEP) lubed-up (BEEP) toothpaste in my (BEEP) while you (BEEP) on a cherry (BEEP)Episcopalian (BEEP) extension cord (BEEP) wetness (BEEP) with a parking ticket. That is the best!

As far as the trade goes: After reading through the information available on the other user's recent activity ...(BEEP) suspicious to say the least.  Normally i'd wait longer, but a negative seems appropriate, given the context of recent events.

This guy has to be a total scammer. He's got TONS of games/movies rolling in right now. I contacted black coyote. 14 games in TODAY ALONE! WTF

He confirmed my NEGATIVE FEEDBACK! Hopefully they boot him soon. I wish I could just post his name to keep others from getting screwed

probably he confirmed it to try to stay under goozex's radar, because they would look into him if it got escalated.

just keep in mind that if you leave a negative you will not go immediately back into queue, Gooz will give him 3 days to dispute and if he does then the wait will be even longer...

Ok dude has to be a scammer.

he has feedback today from a guy who is a member starting TODAY! The member has a recieved game from this user as positive feedback and a sent game TO this user as a positive feedback.

Obviously that couldn't happen in 1 day
