Seriously it's crazy. I really like the system but maybe I just have too much time on my hands to complain. I did just get a game like 4 weeks after it was marked delivered :)

Who knows. I just want my damn game!! It's like crack

I am sure most people will tell you to wait, however you have sent them many messages and given them tons of time to just give you a reply so since they are using the site but completely ignoring you leave the negative and force them to pay attention to what you have to say.  Goozex gives you the option to leave negative for game not recieved so you are well within your rights to leave the negative and force this user to respond.

A Negative isn't the end all to anything, and is easily reversed by the buyer, so I'd say do it in hopes that it gets a sort of E-fire under his ass to get moving on the the trade.

Given that it's a hot title currently only compounds the issue further to do so.

Anyways yea I think I'm gonna leave a negative. Maybe it'll teach the user a lesson and in the future he will be a better user and then the world will be a better place......

I know how you feel.  Yesterday I got matched up for CoD MW2 and it was sitting at 26hrs when I noticed.  So for the next 4hrs I waited for the other user to accept the trade.  I would check every 15 minutes hoping he would accept already.  Finally I sent them a message stating how I am a crazy person and cant stop checking to see if they have accepted yet and to see if they would accept already so I could stop watching lol.  Finally they accepted now I have to wait for them to confirm ship.  I have to keep telling myself patience is a virtue.  At least I have AC2 to keep me busy.

I agree with killmak.  Leave the negative.  It's called common courtesy and some people just don't have it.  It's not hard to respond to a PM and it only takes a few seconds.  I'd hit that sucker with a negative, because it can always be changed if the game comes.

Basically what's already been stated, but if you have the option to leave negative why not. It should help get the ball rolling and it can always be changed.

I do feel bad doing it. But not really because all it takes to confirm a game is hitting "CONFIRMED" which you know isn't too hard when you are on the site to leave feedback 20+ times in a week or so (like duder)

Guess I'm just more lenient and patient than others. For me, the negative is a last resort.

Maybe he's just a slow shipper. That's what +5 is for, not negative.

+5 is not even supposed to be used for slow shipping that's incorrect

I agree...But a slow shipper shouldn't take 7 days past the ship date to ship. I more concerned with the "Hasn't confirmed shipping' then anything else. I mean does the guy not want his 1200 points or whatever it is with the current promo.

NINJA EDIT: In addtion I think there may be some sort of scam going on that I just can't figure out (Tin foil hat time).

Dude has sent out 21 Games but received 71 game. He's recieved 34games/movies since OCT 31st but sent NONE. Seems weird to me.

Oh and also his dashboard shows him currently trading 50! Games. Odd indeed I say

How is that a scam?  There are a number of people here who request more than send, and some who ONLY request, presumably choosing Goozex as their video game supplier by buying points.   I mean even if you bought all your poitns, it's not a bad deal. You don't have to pay for shipping and you don't pay tax.

Anyways, I don't think it's that unreasonable given the fact he didnt respond to PMs, but I could be convinced either way.
