Welcome to the site Dao Jones.

If you don't see something in the FAQ, ask and somebody should be able to point you in the right direction. The FAQ can be a bit confusing at first.

One piece of advice. Be patient. Add any game you want to your queue and if you don't want it right away place it on hold, that way you'll slowly work your way up the queue. Same goes for your offers. List them all and place any game you don't want to trade out right away place it on hold.

Thank you for the kind responses and tips! Whenever I do anything... anywhere (!), I try to be patient and not step on anyone's toes. I work as a Customer Service Manager at Walmart so I am pretty sure how not to act to get any assistance!

I really wanted to read the FAQ's first, but figured I should do a quick "hello" and see how it fares. Three responses before I even read my first FAQ article... amazing community! I can already tell I will love it here! <3

Hello, Just did my first trade and looking forward to more. Quick question, is 1000 the highest value? ex. If I trade in my Uncharted 2 for 1000, I know I can get "X" new game next month or two with that 1000 points?

Yes new games are typically priced initially at 1000 points. Just be aware that new releases typically have longer queues of requests so alhtough you have the points, depending on where you are in the queue, you may have to wait some time before it is your turn to be matched for the game.

Hey hey guys and gals..First video game trading site Ive ever been a part of. Loving it so far and looking forward to a long history of trades. The names Jason and my preferred systems are PC and PS3. Im one of those types that keeps the advertisements for the keyboard and mouse inside the games, so when you get any of mine, odds are it'll be effectively brand new. Cool

Before I get to the FAQ, is there ever a time when you dont have to wait for feedback before you get the points? Just curious if theres a feedback level I have to look forward to.

Hey everyone, my name's Scott. Just started using Goozex cause I wanted to play Beyond Good & Evil and couldn't find it anywhere else but ebay. Luckily I think I definitely made the right choice and will be making a lot of trades in the future.
