Ok, so I've received roughly 30 games so far with no problems. On my last trade, however, I never received the game and had to post negative feedback. After a few days, the feedback stuck and the trade was closed. The thing is I never got my points back. I thought that if you don't receive a game you still get your points back. Am I wrong on this or does goozex take a week to update the points?
