I get this all of the time. Although the not responding to PM's part makes me think it's probably not coming. Hopefully it does still.
With the new rules, they should not get the points until they confirm shipment. Also, if I read the thing right, part of the new rules state that the seller can no longer request a cancel until the trade goes into dispute. On a personal note I have in the past gave a negative as soon as possible when shipment was not confirmed and the user did not respond to multiple PMs, more than once this has prompted them to hustle the thing out to get the negative reversed. If I remember right you still have to wait 7 days + the initial 1 or 3 days = 8 or 10 days before you can leave a negative.

Yea I never understood the 7 days + 1 or 3 days. Not that I don't agree I just don't "Understand" it. I'm not sure when to start counting and stuff :)

I feel your pain. I had a 100 point game that was suppose to be shipped back in October. I sent two PMs within 4 days of closing. The trader finally shipped the game on the 14th and it arrived with 1 day left before the trade would close. This trader never "confirmed" shipping (the match took place before the new rules by the way) and he also never sent me a message letting me know the game had or had not shipped.
I brought up the "not answering PMs" thing before and seem to get a response back from most people on here saying "well I read them in the email I get from goozex, so it doesn't get shown as read". Which I think is still a little of a cop out in terms of, hey, reply to the thing if the person is asking a nice legitimate question about shipping. But to each their own I suppose. If someone PMs me asking about something I'm more than happy to reply back with the best answer I can.

I love responding to emails/pm's! I probably annoy some people but I think being thorough is good. I hate not knowing if a game is actually coming or not so I like to tell the people I accept games with that i'll be shipping asap. I feel it makes a nicer more friendly community.
Well I've decided to send a PM saying "I'm leaving a negative in 3 days" Cause that should be the day Goozex warns me about closing the game.
Hopefully that gets a response.
