OK, I give up. Going in circles now.
Recently joined so I don't have any points.Trying to offer a movie to possibly get some points. Put in the UPS and movie shows up. Click on "Have it" and a dialog box comes up. There is where things go downhill.
According to instructions, a button called "Add to my offers" is supposed to show up - it doesn't. I click FULL PACKAGE but nothing really happens so I end up clicking close window and movie is not on my list.
Can someone tell me how to add a movie, please? Thx.
Is your browser blocking popups or JavaScript?
I'm having this same error and I've added movies before without a problem. I can add movies to my want list, but am unable to add any to my offer list as the member above. Maybe this is a bug of some sort...
It seems to me that there is a problem with the system. I tried to offer a game, but it woulkd show the put in offers list.
this is a problem. the higher ups at goozex are aware of this and are working to fix it.
