New User Account on hold, how long should I wait?

Hello all,

I recently was turned onto your site from some online buddies of mine as a way to keep some of the value of my games over time, rather then getting exploited by Gamestop resales. So I signed up for a new account on November 2. Registration went fine, and I was able to access my user profile and such. After deciding to list a game, I was required to enter my address of course.

Immediately after entering my address (a mailbox on a college campus), my account was placed on hold. On November 3rd, I tried sending an email to account@goozex.com with the requested information and got an automated response saying I would get an email reply shortly. After waiting 9 days, on November 12th I sent an email to feedback@goozex.com and recieved neither response or reply.

At this point, it is the 16th, 2 weeks after initial registration and I've yet to receive any sort of reply from either sources. I would love to start using the service, but the lack of response has been incredibly frustrating and worrisome. Should I just keep waiting, or what should I do?

edit:posting this from a new account without address so I could at least get some sort of response. On hold accounts cant access the forums. Original account I signed up is tiberion02

 

The accompanying on hold message:

I'm going to go out on a limb and say someone in your dorm already signed up for/has a Goozex account which autoblocks new accounts from the same IP range. I would keep sending emails, but a mod should be able to bump this into the G-team's attention.
