Can't add games to Offers Queue?

Can someone change this to a discussion?

While Goozex is working on a fix, I found a workaround so you can offer up your stuff. What you need to do is click the Want it or Add to Requests button. Once that pops up, choose the button to put it on your watchlist. Once it's on the watchlist, you have to click add to stash. From the stash, you can offer the game/movie.

Edit: Please make sure you don't accidentally add it to your requests instead of the wishlist. I don't want to be blamed for someone accidentally getting instant matched for doing this. Use at your own risk.

Having this issue when I'm trying to offer some movies.  Even have some Instant Trades that I can't trade because there is no option to actually trade it, just add to stash or on hold and niether button is working.

Did the bug move from games over to the movies section?  Was hoping to mail some stuff out today, but I guess I'll wait it out.

I second the suggestion to change this to a discussion.  Part of me wishes that Goozex could either fix this "question" thread problem or just eliminate the option to have discussions or questions.  It's a major pain in the ass.

The workaround was from Zenverse but I can also confirm it works great.  Be careful to put on hold if you are not ready to trade!

I can't add the GoW collection but Zenverse's suggestion worked.  I really don't want to do this for all games.  What goozex should do is ditch that god-awful Java code and go back to the original method of offering games.

Yeah, that was Zen's workaround, not mine.  It's helpful as well, though a pain.  At least I got my two movies mailed out today.  Gotta love that instant trade feature.

Inability to add games to offers is a pretty significant problem.  The G-team should probably put up a notice on the front page to acknowledge they are working on it until it is fixed.

This problem has been solved. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The problem affected all movies and games in the Goozex system. It was caused by a recent change to the Instant Match system to support the new "Bonus for seller" promotion. Unfortunately that update introduced a bug that was hard to discover (and fix).

While the items eligible for the bonus were still working (the Add to Offers button was visible), all other items were not. It took 24 hours to Goozex to identify the problem and fix it (Murphy's Law in action: this happened the day our lead developer got diagnosed with swine flu....). All should be fine now.

Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope you can resume your trading activity now. Please report any feedback should you have any more issues in adding items to Offers.
