I was going through the PS3 games and noticed that some of the PSN games are going for ridiculous prices. If 100 points = $5 how can Super Stardust HD go for 400 points when it only costs $10? I myself wouldn't trade for it at that price but what about the people who don't realize that? Well I was just curious since these games are going at rip off prices.
The correct answer to this question is that since most PSN games do not have an official retail price, they tend be have skewed prices on Goozex. The system auto-corrects in 50 point increments if a proper retail price makes its way into the data that the site uses. Until then (which may never happen for some games) the prices will not be accurate compared to the price of purchasing it (as batmania pointed out).
There's really no way around it under the current system.

this is going to lead into the whole debate of points not equaling money and yadda yadda. it's all based of supply and demand. if you don't like the price don't buy it.
Pm me your email addy for Lockerz invite have 9 left redemption coming soon
How would a digital download have any supply it's unlimited. They don't just run out of copies. Every other game I've seen on here seems pretty equivalent to value. I just thought it was a little ridiculous for these games.
Anyways it doesn't matter cause I didn't plan on buying and PSN games off of here. I just was curious.

When trading the live games on here it does have supply. Most are either a ONE TIME USE code that you trade or you give Microsoft points that are equivalent to the price of the game which are also ONE TIME USE

Well that took all the fun out of it
The "supply" here is the number of users offering a game. The "demand" is the number of users requesting a game.
When the Supply > Demand, the price will increase. Just a small part of the magical formula of Goozex pricing!
I always imagine it goes a little like this:

Alright that makes sense. Thanks
