We have a dispute and looking at his history, he's left negative feedback for a 6 people including myself stating he's not received the game I sent out. I've escalated the issue to Goozex and reported to them but was still left with negative feedback. How can I further report this issue to Goozex?

Wow their feedback is very very sketchy as of late. Did you use DC for the movie you sent them? They have not recieved 6 of 23 trades which is greater than 25%. Out of their last 8 games they left 5 negatives which is just over 60%. Those are crazy high numbers and definately need Goozex to look into it.
No I usually dont send it out with delivery confirmation since most Goozex users are trustworthy. Maybe I will have to start doing so.
They seemed to have been disabled or banned, but the feedback still exists. I'm guessing Goozex should change that soon.

Yup it looks like Goozex have just banned him today which means you should be getting your feedback reversed soon. Thank you for bringing Goozex's attention to a scammer, it is always great when scammers are found and removed from the site.

It can take 48-72 hours for Goozex to go through a CS situation. Please have patience with them.
